The Golden State Slam & Open Mic is every 1st & 3rd Sundays. located at 440 Grand Ave. (between Staten Ave. & Bellevue Ave.) in Oakland, CA. inside the Grand Lake Coffee House. All ages are welcome & our dress code is -Casual-. That means you can wear, jeans, sneakers etc. $7 General Admission Cover $5 for students (with valid ID) & performing poets Children under 8 years old get in free.
